Raising children can be very difficult.  It is common for parents to feel stressed, burnt out, anxious, or even depressed. Some even feel ineffective as parents and/or angry at their children for "making them" feel that way.  If you feel any of these or other negative emotions about parenting, please know that my office is a safe place to explore those feelings and to chart a course towards feeling differently about yourself, your child, and your parenting.

In addition to supporting parents around generalized parental stress and burnout, I also provide parents with specific support for particular challenges they face with their children, as well as help parents with parent-child communication.
